The Pasta Circle

The Pasta Circle is a series of workshop events held at LaRina Pastificio e Vino, Italian restaurant in Fort Greene, Bk.

Every month - for five months - we organized a live home-made pasta class with Chef Silvia Barban. Every recipe was a traditional one from an Italian region, and a specific natural-wine was paired from the same region.

Every poster illustrates the regional pasta dish, and was gifted to the participants together with the detailed recipe.
